Bogota is located in the equator zone and its daily temperature ranges around 50º F and 70º F. We recommend that you bring clothes for a moderately cold climate when coming for your plastic surgery.

Each of our patients will receive a cell phone (costs covered by Natural Belle) for local calls. This cell phone will allow our users to contact our team at any time during the day or night until the end of the plastic surgery in Colombia. On the other hand, each patient will have access to international calls at the hotel where she/he stays at. (International calls costs are covered by the patient).

Before traveling to Colombia you should pay 30% of the package total amount. This payment will cover all the arrangements previous to the plastic surgery in Colombia, to provide you with a safe and comfortable stay in the country. The remaining 70% should be paid in Bogota once the post-operative period has finished and you are ready to return to your home country.

Natural Belle has the most experienced team of Colombian plastic surgeons. Each of our surgeons belongs to the Colombian Society of Plastic Surgery. There are currently 8 surgeons; 6 plastic surgeons and 2 otolaryngologists surgeons specialized in plastic surgery; that have performed more than 300 surgical procedures per year during the last 7 years. We also have a vascular surgeon and a gynecologist. At the time of the surgery, we assign each of our patients the most appropriate plastic surgeon and if needed we work as a team.

If the patient has prepaid the initial 30% of the value of the plastic surgery, he/she can ask for the surgery to be programmed again on a later time. Natural Belle will keep the initial quote for a period of three months. After this period, Natural Belle reserves the right to perform a new price quote on the initial package offered.

In most cases plastic surgery procedures are performed without hospitalization. Some few cases may require the patient to stay at the surgical center for one night. At Natural Belle we offer facilities for a short stay up to 24 hours; for patients that may need it. 

Each patient tolerates pain in a different way and each case is different. Some patients may experience more pain than others after their plastic surgery in Colombia. Our team of surgeons will provide resources to alleviate the post-operative pain as soon as possible, including painkillers and anti-inflammatory medicines. Surgeons may also use physical methods to diminish discomfort. We can also provide an additional pain management therapy to optimize the recovery process. This therapy is performed by Natural Belle’s anesthesiologists and consists on leaving a catheter in the spine after the surgery through which the anesthesiologist will inject medicine that diminishes pain. The patient leaves the clinic with this catheter and will remain with it an average of three days. During these three days the anesthesiologist will keep track of the patient’s evolution.

Through the Unidad Quirurgica Los Alpes we provide the infrastructure and the human resources to perform any plastic surgery procedure. If a patient needs to prolong his/her stay in Bogotá due to recommendation of the Colombian plastic surgery team, Natural Belle is prepared to prolong the stay without any problem and the hotel cost per day will be exactly the same as previously arranged for prior days. If additional therapies and medicines are required the patient will be responsible of these costs. If the patient would like to prolong his/her stay in Bogotá for tourism reasons, we can also help with all the logistics.  Finally if the patient wishes to leave Bogotá earlier than planned, he should be authorized by the assigned Colombian plastic surgeon. If regardless of the recommendations of our surgical team, the patient insists in leaving earlier than planned, Natural Belle will not be responsible for the consequences.

At Natural Belle we offer some hotel options that we consider most appropriate for our patients after their plastic surgery in Colombia. We have agreements with these hotels which provide us with special rates. However the patient takes the final decision and he/she is free to choose the hotel.  

Yes. It is recommended that you bring companion to your plastic surgery in Colombia. Having somebody close to you during the recovery process will facilitate the process. The hotel will charge an additional rate for this person.

When deciding to perform a plastic surgery in Colombia prices are definitely an important issue. However; based on our experience at Natural Belle we can say that it is not the most important issue. At Natural Belle we charge our patients reasonable prices. Our foreign patients pay the same price for their plastic surgery that our Colombian patients do.

At Natural Belle we seek the total satisfaction of our patients.
